Hello! We are NDA Games, and we are pleased to present you our project for a 48-hour gamejam.
We were visited by the idea of making recognizable chess a little more interesting for everyone, not only in the 2D dimension, but also in 3D! In our game, figures can walk not only forward and backward, but also up and down, in an 8x8 facet cube. Stylish design, convenient controls, and a lot of interesting experience are waiting for you!
- Enjoy a game of three dimensional chess with a full 3D board that can rotate, shift, and feel like a real chessboard! This is not the kind of 3D chess played on Star Trek - nobody really plays that.
- Realistic 3D models, animations and sound effects; Examine any game back and forth, move by move! Edit, resume etc. Customizable chess set and chessboard colors (including metal effect!) Option to hide valid moves markers, last move trail markers and thinking A.I. Markers; Play in normal mode or timed mode; Track your progress with statistics.
- The '3-D' application of this rule means that a White Pawn on Cc3 can capture on Cb4 or Cd4 (like regular chess) or on Db3, Dd3, or Dc4, but not Db2. The game has three lighter levels with AI before playing with AI in a full-fledged classic chess game.
