What's a Radio ID
and where can I find it?

Each satellite radio has its very own ID number. You'll need this number to register your radio in your name and set it up on your account. There are 2 ways to find your Radio ID (also called an ESN or SID). For most radios, the radio ID will be displayed by tuning to channel 0. If it's not, you can use the 'Menu' function of your radio to display it.

How can I get
a radio signal?

We need to send out a signal to activate your radio. Once your radio is activated, you'll be able to see all of your channels and start listening. Please note that you will need to have your Radio ID to activate your radio.

To activate now:

Turn your radio on with the antenna facing skyward and tune to channel 1 (for Sirius radios, please tune to channel 184). If your radio is in your vehicle, please make sure your vehicle is not in the garage. All set? Press the button below and service should be activated within 15 minutes. If the signal doesn't seem to take, you can request it again.
